- An 'Execution Only' on a non advisory basis sale/transaction
where you the customer initiates the transaction by approaching
us either for a Mortgage or Insurance product (i.e. Life Assurance,
Critical Illness, Redundancy, Accident and Sickness, Income Protection,
Private Medical Insurance).
- We can discount up to 50% of the commission which we are due from the financial service product provider. Therefore saving you money.
- We are a genuine no nonsense discount financial services broker
- Under Execution Only Service we do not give any advice on suitability of the product. Although we can provide factual information, which is purely information and we are not commenting in any way on suitability of the contract.
- The reason why we can afford to discount is simple. As you the customer has researched a suitable product for yourself. And you are aware of all implications of this purchase. We as a company save time in research for you the client. Therefore we rebate our commission up to 50% to you. Saving you money.
- We credit our customers in shopping around and being sophisticated, seeking best fit of a product to their needs. Once you have made up your mind contact us. Remember these savings are not even available if you went direct to a financial service product provider. As we are giving you a percentage of our commission.
- There is no additional costs to our Execution Only customers, and no hidden costs.
- If we get enhanced commission due to any special offers, or through our special relationships within the industry. our clients take advantage and save additional money.
- You the client must provide ALL the information we need to complete the transaction, for example:
i.e. Type of Mortgage (Interest only or Repayment)
i.e. Type of Mortgage Scheme (Flexible, discounted, tracker, SVR, cash back, fixed etc. )
i.e. Name of Lender
i.e. Interest Rate
i.e. Fees to be Charged by lender
- If you have an existing mortgage quote. Please fax or post copy to us for our better understanding.
We will return to you with a quote in writing, If acceptable by you. We can progress your application. Subject to availability and our terms of business.
